小西蒼真（M2）、中空智輝（M2）、鳥居大智（M1）が、中国・重慶で開催された国際交流プログラムに参加しました。

2025年6月30日から7月6日にかけて、重慶大学において、重慶大学土木工程学院国際サマーキャンプが開催されました。本プログラムには、アジア圏をはじめ、欧州や北米など世界各国の大学から土木工学を専攻する学生が集まり、京都大学から参加した10名を含め、総勢約100名規模のサマーキャンプとなりました。

本サマーキャンプでは、重慶市および重慶大学の見学、建設現場見学、世界遺産見学、カンフー体験、書道体験、ブリッジコンテストなど、多岐にわたるプログラムが用意され、参加者は非常に充実した1週間を過ごしました。

特にブリッジコンテストでは、京都大学の3グループすべてが独創的な模型を製作し、そのうち1グループが賞を獲得するなど、印象的なプログラムとなりました。また、プログラム内外で学生同士が交流する機会も多く、多くの参加者にとって大変有意義な経験となりました。

総じて、非常に充実したサマーキャンプとなりました。

Soma Konishi (M2), Tomoki Nakazora (M2), and Daichi Torii (M1) participated in an international exchange program in Chongqing, China.

From June 30 to July 6, 2025, the International Summer Camp hosted by the School of Civil Engineering, Chongqing University, was held at Chongqing University. Approximately 100 students majoring in civil engineering from universities around the world, including Asia, Europe, and North America, participated in the program, including 10 students from Kyoto University.

The summer camp offered a wide range of activities, including tours of Chongqing City and Chongqing University, visits to construction sites and World Heritage sites, kung fu and calligraphy experiences, and a bridge design competition. The participants spent an intensive and fulfilling week through these programs.

In particular, the bridge competition was a memorable event. All three groups from Kyoto University created original bridge models, and one of the groups received an award. There were also many opportunities for interaction among students both inside and outside the program, which many participants, including myself, found especially meaningful.

Overall, it was a very valuable and rewarding summer camp.
